we've seen some great photos today folks!

Mark scored some nice grades from PCGS down under; Dan needed something new to play with as much as another hole in the head image (i'm jealous buddy), and i'm still drooling over Mac and Bertie's beauties.

Here is my modest contribution for a hectic Monday. A couple pics I've shown before, but i love seeing Spacemonkey perform his magic of the mirrored effect, and I had to share.

here is a photographic lesson of what not to do. First, save the great quality images from the auction house you buy the coin from. Then, accidentally delete the reverse shot. Try to do a hamfisted photography job of the reverse, which nowhere near replicates the booming luster it has in hand, and looks washed out and dead compared to the obverse photo from the auction house. A scarce coin like this deserves better, and I promise to get some professionally taken image
