I've been following this story in Coin World but they don't have a guess on how many might be out there and the Mint didn't have an idea either. I think they've only had three reported.

For whatever reason, the Louisa Adams reverse (2008) was used on the Abigail Adams (2007) First Spouse Bronze Medal which appeared in the 2007 First Spouse Medal sets.
I failed to order the 2007 Sets and instead opted for the individual coins. I also have no idea how many of these exist.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.
