Fernando Valenzuela. Won CY and ROY in 1981. Threw a no-no June 29, 1990.

Tom Seaver?

Edit: I just looked it up - Seaver won the ROY in 1967, CY in 1969, 1973,1975 and pitched a no-hitter on June 16th 1978

Another Dodger got close. Nomo threw 2 no-nos and won the 1995 ROY. Don't know how close he ever go to CY though.

Interestingly Fernando's the only one to do all three in the same uniform. Seaver's no-no came with the Reds and Doc's was with the Yankees.

I think he means that I, as a Mets fan (knowing that through my various posts -- two points) should have known that.

On a separate note, I will be getting Doc's sig in about 2 weeks -- wondering what (please spare me the sophomoric jokes) I could get him to write on my autographed ball.
