Kep> In a word. . .no. Typically, PSA7s should run in the $5-$8 range for commons. Also, the population on that card is 19 in PSA8 and 17 in PSA9. Why pay that much for a card so readily available in a better grade? In the 72 set, the Checklists seem to be the easiest to find in PSA9 - except for card# 4 (1st series CL).
If you're interested in 72s, then you should definitely check out www.1972topps.com. There's lots on info about the 72 set and if you go to the "Trading Post" section, there's lots of PSA-graded cards available.
That would be a fair price (the opening bid) if it were an 8. This is one of those cards that comes around the block quite often. Most of the graded set builders have one in PSA 8 or 9 so there will be little or no competition for it.
But, if you want it - go for it. In all honesty I think if you held off, you could eventually pick up at 8 for the exact same price - maybe a little cheaper.
