Photo grading and encapsulation

Looking through the current Heritage auction catalog, I noticed several vintage photographs that were authenticated and encapsulated by CGC. On their site I found this page: Link. I have a bunch of vintage wire photos that I would love to have authenticated and encapsulated like this, but after calling, they told me they do not currently offer this service. Too bad because the three-hole sides are perfect for storing in binders. I really like them. PSA/DNA offers authentication, but not encapsulation. The only other company I could find is this: link, but I'm sure what their deal is.

Does anyone have a different resource for authentication and encapsulation of photos?

Sounds like Beckett may be getting into that feild shortly? other than that I have no idea..
