2009 D PCGS MS67 Pos A Sac "Weak P" variety

I recently purchased a 2009 D PCGS MS67 Pos A Sac on Ebay. It arrived and after examining it I noticed it was in fact a Philly mintmark but slabbed as a Denver.
The P is struck just slightly weaker than my other P mintmarks are.
I am sure PCGS made an error in certification on this one but is it possibly another variety of "weak edge lettering" Sacs. A "weak mintmark" possibly?
Anyones thoughts?

Weak Mintmark I believe would fall under the Weak Edge Lettering since the Mintmark has been moved to that side of the coin for these Native American Issues.

Interesting though in that if the bottom leg of the P goes away, the coin does become a "small D"!
