  • Ok, this brings up a question I've had for 30 years - back in 1976 I bought some 76 Topps baseball wax packs here and there and as I remember it, at least 25% of them, maybe more, had the wrong backs - a card with Player A on the front would have the stats for Player B on the back, upside down. I'm sorry if everybody else knows this, but were these errors common, common for this year only, more common than other years, what? I've never gotten as many mis-backs as on those 76 Topps when I was a little kid.

Jeff, My pleasure. I must say I was VERY excited to see those miscuts knowing you would appreciate them more than anyone!

    Nice
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

Walnut IMO 76 topps did not have anymore of those errors then any other yr. You
just happened to hit a bunch I would say.
