UDA auto photos - do they come sealed?

I was looking to buy a UDA piece and was wondering if it's possible to see the number and signature(s) or are they in sealed packaging? I would hate to buy one with a sloppy signature.
Also, will UD keep cutting the price for unsold pieces? The one I want is a recent release, it's already been discounted; I wonder if I should just wait longer...
