Blind perfs...unpunched perfs...what's your opinion...take a look

This is one of two graded PF stamps recently aquired. It is scott #211 and graded PF XF90 and has an unpunched perf. I couldn't help myself...it is beautiful. But...that perf keep haunting me. All comments welcome...

I doubt PSE would give this a 90 but I could be wrong(tiny margins, blind perf), some just punch out the blind perfs , ethical or not. It is kind of a small pic though so it's hard to judge. Looks like 80 to 85 to me.
Personally I try to avoid graded stamps with obvious visible flaws, if this were a PSE cert the blind perf would be mentioned on the cert which is definitely not a plus.

My scans seem to shrink the margins and made the stamp look dull. Oh well...ancient equipment and excuses are cheap. I am scanning at 600 dpi and shrinking down to 48 KB...is there a better way? Thanks for the opinion...any more?
