Has Anyone Ever Purchased A Pack That Was Guaranteed To, e.g., Contain An Autographed Card?

Has anyone ever purchased a pack of cards guaranteed to contain, for example, an autographed card? In this action, seller sportscard_inc is selling Three (3) Packs of 2008 Upper Deck SP Authentic Football, each of which is guaranteed to contain an autographed card. I'm sure each pack will, in fact, contain an autographed card. But an autographed card of a "star" player or that of a "valuable" card? Unlikely. If the seller can guarantee the existence of an autographed card, would it be that unreasonable to think that the seller knows which autograph it is?

They do it by pack searching or resealing with most being the latter. They can either weigh packs, feel thickness, or feel for sticker hologram edges. You will almost never see someone pull a big auto from one of these packs sold on ebay.
