Mixing Submissions question w/ pics

Does anyone know if I can mix regular thickness cards with the "framed" cards such as UD Masterpieces and Donruss Diamond Kings Parallels? I am trying to get a submission of 25 cards for the April special. I have 19 regualr card I want to submit right now. See example pictures...
