There will be no lack of teams that are interested that is for sure. At least 10 teames have expressed an interest, this will be a wild free for all and there is no telling where he will end up.

He should take his blanket and go suck his thumb in a corner and pout about how unfair everything is. Or he could ignore things and concentrate on working out, getting better and preparing to play next season at the highest level he can perform at, either as a Bronco or with another team.
<< <i>yeah, never heard so much hooplah over a QB with a 17-20 record. >>
True. I thought the same thing at first.
But football is a team sport. One guy can't do it all. And maybe 17-20 isn't too bad in a conference with the Chargers, Patriots, Colts, and Steelers.
The fact that as many as ten teams are interested means the kid probably has a pretty good arm. At least it seems the people who make these decisions (and not us blowhards) think so.
But man, seems like a crybaby, doesn't he?

<< <i>What a whiner. He gets his feelings hurt and now he can not play in Denver. What did he ever win there? Good riddance. >>
Cutler is a straight up stud. The problem with Denver is the defense, something over which Cutler has zero control. He may be a head case, but that alone isn't enough to remove him from the upper echelon of NFL QB's, which is where he clearly resides. Whoever gets him is going to be receiving a top-flight quarterback, and it could take Denver a long, long time to recover from this cluster.
This is probably a money play, which is just fine with me. These guys have every right to try to max themselves out, and I'm sure if Bowlen renegotiated his deal a lot of this would be smoothed over. As it stands someone is going to get one hell of a quarterback for a relatively cheap price.

Well first, the 2 first round picks the Broncos are asking for isn't a cheap price. Again, this guy has really only performed at a high lever for 1 year. Sure he's young, but if he hadn't made the Pro Bowl there'd be less of a media circus surrounding this story. His TD/int ratio is lackluster. That's what gets me worried. That's what seperates the decent QB's from the studs IMO. Further, he CHOKED down the stretch when it really mattered. Face it, Denver has an elite offensive line. This guy gets plenty of time to throw. They also had a solid running game last year. He had a recipe for success in Denver. I just think he hasn't done enough to consider him a stud... yet.
Both sides are at fault here, but I think the majority of the blame here falls on Cutler. As mentioned, this guy stated that he wanted to be traded before they tried to make the Cassell deal. He was upset over the coaching moves Denver made. But when the coaches tried to make a trade, he then gets upset? I personally no longer wish for this guy to come here. I don't think he ever was anyways, but now I no longer support the possibility of it. Reminds me too much of Scott Mitchell. Big arm. Too many bad interceptions. Mentally unstable. Bad hair cut.
Nice. Pretty accurate, though.
: insert eye roll here :
They called your bluff, sucker.
At some point I guess you have to say "enough is enough".
Sure he's got talent, but that's not good enough if you don't have the heart and desire to go along with it - Ryan Leaf had talent. This guy isn't Ryan Leaf, but he's not a winner either in my opinion.
