Ebay question

A zero feeback buyer has asked me a question about a BIN item I have for sale. He wants to know if I accept money orders. I looked up Ebay rules and it appears that sellers are not allowed to accept MO for most transactions. Is this true, or am I reading this incorrectly?
Collecting Clemente master (#6) and basic PSA registry sets, Hank Aaron master and basic sets, Mantle oddball issues, 1970's mega decade HOFs, 1967 Topps pin ups, and high grade Topps Clemente and Aaron. Numerous transactions with over 100 board members.

    You can accept money orders, you can't mention that you accept money orders.

    New ebayer might not have a paypal acct yet. I would take the chance.
