I think the second pic looks more like what you generally see the coin looking like-IMHO

I definitely like the first image more but the second is likely closer to actual look!
  • #2 probably looks a heck of a lot more true to how the actual coin appears in hand! Maybe?

The first pic. looks like it was juiced quite a bit with some photo editing software like P.S., but the second shot reveals what looks like a couple of discoloration spots on the kangaroo. Overall, #2 is more eye-appealing to me and since I'm guessing that #2 most accurately portrays what the coin looks like in hand, I voted for that one.

  • I went with #3. The first really shows the red. And the second shows the coin as it should be.

I like #2 best, but have decided that it is sometimes necessary to shoot the coins two different ways to show the relief and the fields.

That coin is to die for. I get sick looking at it, I want it so much.

I like both of them. That is a very nice coin. image

The second one. Unless your coin is unlike almost every other untoned proof I've ever seen then the first one is not the real colour.

In the beginning I thought it was the 1963 that Jeremy sold last week. Then I saw that it was a 1958. image

First one positioned to show-off luster, the second one is a more natural shot. I would use both images if I were to sell a coin like this.

#1 looks unnatural, IMO. Depspite it being in a PCGS slab, I would be concerned that the coin had been recolored at some point.
