PP claim....Opinions please/ little weird

On 2/24, I won this card. Guy is in NY (eastcoast). I never received it and filed a claim. I spoke with the seller a couple times
and the tracking # that he provided states "package was electronically blah blah blah" and post office has been notified to pick up message.

So now PP is investigating, and today that tracking # that was also on the claim shows no record whatsoever after i clicked it.

This morning, I find this card. The seller is in British Columbia, Canada (westcoast).
Although the description doesn't state the exact serial # of the card, just /10, he does show a picture and it is the same card 8/10.
Even the tiny scratch which I just noticed on the left lower side is there. At first I thought the person selling it now just used the same scan
but the card isn't positioned the same. The scan of this card is tilted.

Should I provide the additional information to PP, or just leave it the way it is? I checked both feedbacks and ended auctions to see if there was
a transaction between the two for the card, and nothing showed up.

ask the 2nd seller if this is the exact card you will be receiving.. #8/10
if yes.. I would for sure give that info to paypal

I sent the seller an email asking if that's the exact serial # being offered.
The auction ends in 5 hours, and I only found it this morning.
    Let's see if he answers.

Now I'm a little ticked off.
Seller in Canada just responded and says it is 8/10; the same card.
I asked him if he bought it from the guy in NY.

I emailed the guy in NY telling him to just refund me now, rather than
letting it drag out from the investigation. I haven't left any fb yet.
