I never could even get close to getting this one right. Trying to capture the peripheral
color accurately, while at the same time showing the cameo PL aspect of the counterstamp.

Mark nailed it. NGC MS64.

just curious, you mention this being in NGC plastic; did they holder it reverse-up?

I'm pretty sure they did, but now that you mention it, I'm not 100% sure. The coin is still with Mark.
