Ok, so i'm bored tonight and just scanning dealer websites........i happened across this Peace Dollar with a reverse Lamination that gave the appearance that water was rising on our beloved eagle

I think that is post-mint "damage", intentionally done. Looks neat, though.

didnt buy it, just liked the look of it

and no, it is not certified (or at least the description didnt mention certification so i'm assuming raw)
