Do the 2009 Lincoln Cents from Mint rolls have problems with spots too?

Has anyone purchased the Official US Mint rolls of Lincoln Cents & found that there is a
problem with tiny "water spots" as found in rare Bank rolls, or are they of better quality?

How about 2009 Mint sets? (Heck, I haven't even checked to see if Mint sets are available yet!)

Anyone know for sure?

I may open 1 roll of each yep, since they could be first day mintage (fresh dies) reserved for this, like they do with the covers
