As Ross has already "said", ProTech Mini Slabs. They are actually very well made and display cards nicely.

The trick is getting the flip inside the slab. It took me a while to get it down but I'm a pro at it now

The slabs come with adhesive flips that are meant to be affixed to the outside of the slab. The flips are butt ugly and I suggest you make your own.

It's great that Matt and Ross use the mini-slabs for their own collection
and have worked on the flips to their liking. Unlike Matt & Ross, the pics below
show that some are trying to cash in using mini-slabs, and they're just hilarious.

I like how Matt's flips go from end to end covering up the snaps/hooks on both ends.
I've played with these also, and making a flip inside is a challenge.
