Will PCGS Slab a 1800's Dollar that,,,,,

has been whizzed and or repaired as in a hole plugged?

I know it would have to be in a genuine holder but what will they and won't they slab as genuine?

If the above described coin is real will they slab it as genuine?

Does anyone know?

Yes, they will, but they will note on the label "Holed & Plugged" or something similar.
