I don't know if anybody on this board can help me. But, over the weekend I purchased a Gold Coin of Babe Ruth which was sold to residents of the Baltimore, MD area only. They were being sold to commemorate the Shrine of Babe Ruth that was being built back in 1983. I'm trying to find information on it but I'm getting nowhere. Also, I do not have a scan of it at this moment. But, if any information would be great. Thanks

Definitely not medal
Passed gold test
How much is it worth
Won't bother to advise pricing never know what feebay brings. I've seen it sell cheap for $20 and some dummies pay more not bothering to do their homework just seeing ' Babe Ruth" and thinking "valuable". The medallion was given out to contibutors to the Babe Ruth Museum. Look like this better picture??

you can always contact the museum themselves, as it's still in operation

If it was actual gold, it would be marked as such.

In checking eBay sold items, I see that a lot of 10 of these sold for $9.99
