Emergency/ Adam 12 Cards

A friend called and asked about helping him find singles for a set. The set is 1973 Topps Emergency/ Adam 12 cards. These have red border and a puzzle on the back of some while others have text. It looks like Emergency is card #1-27 and Adam 12 is 28-50. He claims that he bought them in New York in 1973. I have never seen or heard of these before and can not find a checklist anywhere. Any help would be great.

    Good luck in finding them,they were a test issue and yes they were isued in 1973 by TOPPS. They book betweem $125-$200 EACH and a full set will cost upwards of $7000
