I never could get the color right.

Keep in mind the amount of gradeflation that has occurred since the coin was slabbed. If memory serves, my local dealer sent it into PCI in 1993-94. I wish I had written down when the coin was submitted...

I am fairly certain Mark and his book has already made a huge impact on how we (the collector) photograph our coins here. It is much more enjoyable coming to these boards and really enjoying each others photos.

I originally had Mark's name in the thread title, but when I added the update today, the title was too long. The pictures are indeed Mark's, not mine.

very well done image, wish I could image copper that good. Nice coin and rational too that it was graded lower MS and way PQ.
