Just wondering if anyone knows who was the first to release a draft redemption card for Shaquille O'neal
knowing that Shaquille was signed up with classic at the time and no one being able to release a card in their series 1 sets most released the draft redemptions.
From my recall i believe it was Hoops with the 1992-93 draft redepmtion whcih was 1:360. Upper deck followed with the trade card and that was 1-3 per box.
