This coin was submitted to PCGS for a downgrade a few months ago, the grade came back unchanged with a note said "Frosty surface, a few marks, a mid-range 63, DH." It is now available for purchase at $420, certification number is 02445920, I prefer money order, paypal please add 3%, free USPS priority shipping. Picture is the actual coin you will receive, sorry, it was taken through the plastic slab so it is not as detail as I wanted.
