Best Offer question

Is there a way to tell how long an item has been listed as a Best Offer?

I dont think so, since I think you have to re-up every month on a Best Offer/BIN listing. The listing would show the re-up day and not the original listing date

You can get a clue - but not a definite answer - by clicking
on the "revised" link in the listing. (Left hand side, under the
    item details.)

If the listing is in a store and on auto-renew, the "revised"
date log stays with the reupped listing.

In general, the length of time an item has been listed is NOT
a firm factor in gauging the willingness of a seller to reduce
    his price in collectible categories.
