I was wondering if anyone could tell me the original mint issue price of this coin? And, what are your thoughts for the long term appreciation of it, given the economic conditions of today? Thanks.

I thought it was $800.00 even , so I went to the Mint and logged into my order history

1 unit $800.00 , ordered on 6/23/2006 , shipped on 7/10/2006

Slabbed by PCGS sometime after , MS70...............and it is still a favorite..
