WTB: 1984 Donruss LOW POP PSA 9's

I"m looking to buy centered PSA 9's of players who are low pop in psa 10's. I'm looking for any players whose PSA 10 Pop report is 3 or lower. Paying $5.00 ea. for the psa 9's. would like to see scans if possible. PM me if you have any for sale.

    It seems that low pops PSA 9s would sell at a little premium, $5.00 seems awful lowball price, good luck finding them at that price.

    I have all of them in PSA 9 and most are well centered. I was thinking about resubmitting them and making thousands on the ones that pull 10s but I think I'll just sell them to you for $5 instead.

    i would like to buy all off your well-centered 9's which have a high population of PSA 10's.

    I would like all of your off center 1984 Donruss PSA 4's please. I am paying $82.37 per PSA 4 as long as you can sell them in lots of 125.

    If you don't think I'm not paying enough then let me know what you have and how much you want. Instead of replying with absurd replies that waste everyone's time on these boards. Didn't think it was that absurd of a buy price. They are just psa 9's that pretty much sell for nothing. I have psa 9's that have psa 10 pop's of 4-6 that I can't sell for $5.00.
