Baseball hat/team ID help

Hello I'm new to this site and hope some baseball guru can help me with an ID on a baseball hat I recently found, it has what I believe is Japanese or some oriental wording ,under the wording is a baseball that is inside of a multipoint star(8) and it is leaving/moving with a long comet like trail form star/ball design.
