For those of you who have COMCAST cable

I think a few of you here have comcast cable. You may have the cable, internet, phone plan for 145/month.

We just switched to Verizon FIOS. A 2 year deal at 99/month. That's 45 bucks cheaper per month.

Many more channels in HD, including so many more sports channels.

We are so glad we switched. The picture is better too.

Highly recommend it to those of you who like your sports in amazing HD.

    I don't believe you.

    I have the Comcast package with the entire sports package and I am only paying $110/month.

    i have fios tv, internet, and phone and its hard to beat for the money. never any problems.

    comcast absolutely sucks; their prices have gone up every single year.

    FIOS is far superior to cable for quality and price, no comparison..

    I was at work, but the Verizon guy was at the house for 5 hours. I assume he had to do some of that.
    He did say that there is only a beam outside my house that connects to a satellite ? They do not go into
    the telephone wires. However, they do need access to the back of your tv and computer. They do have to
    disattach the comcast cables and put in the verizon cables, so yes, there is some of that done.

    5 hours is pretty standard; my cousin recently got Fios and thats how long it took as well.
