CSU - WOW

Being old enough to remember the last time Cleveland State damaged the NCAA brought back great memories last night as CSU did it again. Have to hand it to Gary Walters, he said the right things to his kids before last nights game. They looked awesome. Seems that after beating NC and Duke earlier this season Wake went into the dumper....hope CSU can do it one more time like they did in 86.

    I didn't think I was that old, but it brings back memories for me too. Bad ones.

    As a Hoosier and IU fan, CSU thumped us their only other time in the tournament, a major upset at the time.

    And just when I thought I couldn't feel any worse about IU basketball this year, I'm reminded of that.

    Hey BigRedMachine, don't fret, I think IU has the coach in place who will turn that program around....didn't show this year but I think he could be good for them. Being from the Cleveland area it's always nice when CSU or Kent or even Akron does well. The CSU story was actually on the front page of the Plain Dealer up here in the Cleveland area this morning. Glad it wasn't another stale Browns story.
