New User Help: How do you attach a picture to message

I don't know how to attach an image to a new topic or message. Can anyone help me? Also, I need help on attaching a website to a message.

upload your picture to www.photobucket.com
copy the IMG code it gives you to your post.

To add a link
above the text box where you write this message, its a bunch of icons, one says http. click on that and add the link and the text you want the link to show.
