the dog pile at the end was fun to watch, nice to see men playing a kids game again and acting like it was fun to play and win for their country, great atmosphere

It's amazing how winning changes everyones feelings....I've started a few WBC topics and none garnered any interest.

Anyways, I'm glad I was able to wear my USA baseball jersey to school with some pride today. Next round will be VERY tough though, either Japan, Korea (has owned Japan the last few meetings), or Cuba will face the USA.

yeah good observation, if they had lost we would of been calling them overpayed bums and yelling at Jeter cause he has no range, there is something
about a USA team with their backs against the wall that makes it all worth it.
