To resize your avatar, go HERE.

Upload a pic and enter the size as 100 megapixels. Then you should be able to save it to your computer and upload it here.

Search feature will show numerous threads.

1. Find your pic - right click and save as to your computer.

2. Save your pic to photobucket. (which most of us have).

3. Use photo bucket to resize to less than 100 x 100 and save.

4. Use FixPic to convert you pic to JPEG format. Unsure about that as I've never had to do that, for some reason.

5. Go to your profile in CU and upload your new pic and your done!

And I believe it's correctly stated "pride IN your country" - just an FYI for the next time you attempt to indict someone's pride based on their disdain for the current president
