Help with 5 Agorat coin ( 1961 high date ) ?

I'm trying to figure out if this is the flat date or the high date with serifs.
The picture in Krause is not helping me. Thanks.

I think you have the high date and this is the flat date. Notice how soft(like a worn die) the date is on your coin.
