WTB Low Ball Peace and Morgan

I'm starting to build a Low Ball Morgan and Peace set. Anything AG or lower will be considered.
Preferably RAW or PCGS, though Ill certainly consider NGC or other TPG slabs.

I, for one, will never understand grading, however. To me, "mint state" type grades means the coin should have next to no wear & look almost like the day it was minted. Yet I see so many posts with coins that have tarnished or worse, have obvious wear, etc, yet they get graded MS-##. I just don't get it.
"Luckily", my level of collecting falls somewhere between the cracks. I don't necessarily care for or after the high-grade coins, other to maybe get 1 nice example of each type (especially since I just can't afford to spend what higher grades command). Rather, I collect to fill holes in Whitman blue folders with "decent" coins I can afford to buy or trade for, or have primarily collected from my youth. While I can appreciate the challenge posed in finding them, I also am not enamored of low-balls. I go for coins where details can still pretty much be seen, but exhibit some "character" thru actual use over the years.
But it is always interesting and educating to see what others collect & why, and some of the amazing collections that have been put together!
