FS: 1970 Topps Baseball 52-Card Lot, Mid Grade

52 cards, no duplicates. This lost consists entirely of commons. All 52 cards are scanned below.
The vast majority are either Ex-mt or Ex-mt+. 5 cards look to be lower than Ex-mt due to more significant corner wear and/or poor centering. They are Aker, Gutteridge, Bailey, Conigliaro (the poorest of the lot), and McAuliffe, and are the last 5 cards shown among the scans. About 10-12 cards appear to be Nm, including Astros Team. This was cracked out of a PSA 8 NQ holder. I was unhappy with it because of a from-the-factory grease spot along the left edge, aligned with the "H" in "HOUSTON."
3 cards have slightly miscut backs: Egan, Northrup, LeMaster. Schaal's back is but a hair's breadth from being miscut. All backs are clean and most are very nicely centered. There are no wrinkles, marks, creases, or gum/wax stains on any of the cards.

The price is $40 delivered, less than $0.80 per card. PayPal is ok. PM if interested.
