Would this fit an oversize slab?

It's 100mm across and about 8mm thick... Think NGC would slab it even with the dings? 
I just found this in an old box of stuff today.. geez, I really am a pack rat!
I was living in Germany at the time of the conversion to the euro. For Christmas break I took a trip to Florence. Came back early morning January 1st, 2002. The carabinieri at the Pisa airport were visibly hung over
So, while the stewardesses may have been cuter on Alitalia, we did get these nice baggies full of junk about the conversion to the euro once we switched to a German plane in Munich - this was the only coin included though....
