Are any of the one ounce silver bars from the early 1970 silver bars collectable?
Thanks for any comments

These were from the silver that Nelson Bunker Hunt bought when he tried to corner the COMEX...I read once that the Hunt brothers sold most of their silver to Deak-Perera who promptly made one and ten ounce bars with it and sold them on the open market...Much of that has been remelted, I'm sure..
I have maybe 20 of these still individually sealed in flimsy plastic..
What's their value? Interest?
Edited to say... there's not a lot of readily available information on art bars.
Your best bet is probably completed listings on ebay.

There's a decent book on art bars & rounds. Can't think of it right now.
These are aboot as early as any you'll find:

Yup, Ken Potters "The Man"
Good gravy, the thousands and thousands of these that I received as scrap way back then
