    A lion and a ship--it's perfect (not to mention that Britannia looks about 5 months preggers--like several other of her images from that era!). Very nice token.

    Are you falling into the Conder Collector Category of Coin Connoisseurs? It's a trap I tell you, a trap! (a little hijak, but yes I did finally get the greyhound conder image).

    Catalogued as Lincolnshire Spalding D&H #6 - a genuine trade token made for Thomas Jennings (an ironmonger and stationer with businesses in Spalding and Holbeach), the diesinker was Thomas Wyon and the manufacturer was Peter Kempson.

    There are 6 edge varieties:
    PAYABLE AT T. IENNING'S SPALDING & HOLBEACH - X - (Common)
