1986 Blankback Hockey cards...Does PSA grade these and can they be added to player sets?

I have a blankback error card from 1986 OPC Hockey and was wondering if psa grades these and if they do can I add it to a player's master registry set?

    They *might* authenticate it, but they wouldn't grade it.

    And, no, they wouldn't allow it to be added to a player set.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
