Can you Central American collector's tell me if this is the CAR 1826 8R CRES/CCA overstrike variety?

I know that it is holed, but it is a rarer variety, I think any way, of this date. Can anyone verify this? Thanks in advance!

I'll run it against my references tonight, but from the look of it I would go with "yes".
