Help with stamp collection

I don't know anything about stamps and my boyfreind just got his fathers stamp collection.
His father past away in the 70's

There must be a thousand or so stamps.

I took some images of just one small book and wanted to know if there are any
valuable stamps.

Also, most are loose in a canister and it seams that most have been used.
Any suggestions

Any help would be appreciated. I'm normally on the US coin forum.

The toning(brown spots on the book and stamps) pretty much destroys any value except on a rare stamp. That said, most of those stamps shown are likely very common and of minimum catalog value..
