Help - looking for letter releasing liability

I'm looking for a letter which (I believe was received from a member here a year or so ago) that would be given to the property owner, releasing them of any liability while digging on their property.

Does anyone here use such a letter? Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks, Rich

    I did an advanced search and wasn't able to find it on this forum. But, I also did a Google search and found plenty to choose from.
