Take a look at the shadow, that hit is a raised bit of metal, almost like a die gouge or chip or some rust. Is there a VAM with this characteristic?

MS65 easy. The mark on the chin is from another coin edge.

It is border line proof like, but I don't think it will quite make it. I think I migh send this in instead of that 82CC.
