    Well, it looks really clean, I can't find any serious marks, the obverse strike is as soft as it gets, it
    could have a shot at FBL, but that's a wild guess without better pics, but my problem is the luster.
    It appears to have none. What's the holder grade?

    You probably did rip it, I'm sure it looks nicer in hand. The photos probably just suck.
    I've gotten many Franklins at cheap prices just because of crappy pics that wash out
    the luster or don't show the true colors. So I'd say image

    ...or on the other hand, it has 66-like surfaces, but only received a 64 due to a lack of luster.
