Lamination error on key dates??

is there a premium related to this or could it in fact hurt the value of the coin?

    it really depends on the buyer. for me, a little but others actually discount these...

    More times than not probably, especially on 20th Century coins, there is a discount for these coins.

    I think it would have to depend on the extent of it and where it is. Now, a cud might help image
