21-D vam 1G newp; ultra late die state?

Saw some ebay pics what I thought was a 21-D capped s; turned out to be a 1G. Now I already have an MS 1g LDS but this appears to be an ultra late die state, with breaks I don't see on my other example.
The S which has the main break also has a horn on the back of it:
This pic it is hard to tell but there is a tilted field around the 1st S in states:
The cracks between the A and M appear large enough (in my non-expert opinion) to be considered breaks, and on the back of the R.
What say ye?
