CSA crossover to PSA?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with CSA graded cards crossing over to PSA. There have been some nice CSA 10 cards sold lately. The cards look outstanding. Let me know your experiences.

  • I would only go with the orginal flips/labels (I think it was red) if you're
doing crossovers. Even though they're the 2nd oldest company behind
PSA, all their junk in the ugly blue holders, and their supposedly revamp
new holders with the shiny logo are crap. Either alterered, or trimmed.

    yer right-red good to cross
    blue- badimage
  • So the new with the holograms or whatever, not good? Probably an altered card? They have been going for pretty good money. Hmmmm....
  • They can jazz it up with holograms, neon lights, subgrades, etc
and it won't do any good. Their product has already been tainted.
If you can pick 'em up for super cheap and take the gamble, then
go for it. It's like flushing down your money IMO.

I will say this, CSA shouldn't be in the same category as the other junk graders, do I trust them, not really but they actually grade cards with a full spectrum of results, not just 10's. I've heard some wild success stories on vintage baseball being crossed to PSA and money quadrupled.
  • Personal experience on a CSA 9 to PSA crossover: N1: trimmed.

A waste of money, not a worthwhile "risk".

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but what do you guys think these will crossover to?

To be honest, Doesn't really matter the company.. PSA plus crossover equals waisted money.

If you want to get a fair shake you need to crack and submit.

Although CSA is pretty much on bottom of the list for cards I'd look to crack and sub regardless of flip or time it was graded.. IMO they're junk.
