Exactly. FB is not an issue on proofs.

I certainly hope you weren't coaxed into buying a relatively inexpensive proof as an expensive high grade MS FBL.

No , I wasn't . I bought this a set about 2yrs ago at a pawn shop for $5.00 !! I was just wondering , to use to compare some Mint sets I bought !! Just never thought about it not being an issue on proof coins , as I have just started with the Franklins !!

I don't suppose it would hurt none to use this proof as a reference point coin, but it would be a much wiser decision to get a businesses struck Franklin that has a good solid set of Bell Lines to use as a comparison coin.

You can also check CAC's website, there is a list of Franklins with varying degrees of bell line images.
